I come to your home to check your health, review your medications, explain your labs, go with you to appointments, and train you, with a workout plan to follow between visits. West Valley, private pay.

For families out of town
You can't be at every appointment or see how Mom is really doing from a phone call. I can. After every visit, you get a written update on how your parent is doing, what changed, and what's next.
The Strength Nurse difference
Most private nurses check in and leave. As an ICU-trained RN and ACE Certified Personal Trainer, I make every home visit count toward getting you stronger. As a nurse, I notice what other trainers miss: compensation patterns, pain signals, and how medications affect performance.
Strength, mobility, and balance work at every home visit, matched to your health and checked against how you're doing that day.
A written plan to follow on your own between visits, updated as you get stronger.
Built around joint replacements, heart conditions, or recent surgery, with your provider's clearance when needed.
Practical help with protein, hydration, and eating to build and keep muscle. I'm a nurse and trainer, not a dietitian. For a medical diet, I'll work with your provider or a registered dietitian.
How it works
A clear process, a set schedule, and one nurse from start to finish.
A phone call to talk through your needs, answer your questions, and make sure we're a good fit.
A full nursing and movement assessment, so your plan is built around your health and your body.
Home visits on a set schedule, with progress you and your family can see.
Meet your nurse
For more than eight years I was an ICU nurse in hospitals across Kansas and Arizona, including through COVID. I watched people leave the hospital unsure what came next, families make choices they didn't fully understand, and small warning signs turn into big problems.
People deserve more time and support than the healthcare system can give them. That's why I started Strength Nurse: a nurse who explains things, shows up on a schedule, and helps you get stronger.
I don't just teach it. I live it. I played college basketball, and today, in my 50s, I take no medications and train to build and keep muscle and lower my body fat, the same goals I help my clients reach.
